80% savings on dental work in the Philippines

  1. So the question is…..is it really that much to fix teeth in Australia or are the dentist here making a killing ?

Dental Treatment In Austraila Causing Eating Dissorders / Killing People !

10 years ago my teeth started deteriating and I was constantly in and out the dentist in Melbourne spending thousands of dollars each year.

2 years ago due to Gum poisoning I was hospitalized and advised that if I don’t remove my teeth it will eventually kill me so they were removed.

Over the 10 year period I slowly over time ended up with an eating disorder due to the state of my teeth and not being able to afford treatment and ended up with dentures and was told my teeth(dentures) will be fine to eat with after spending thousands yet again.( I am only 37yo Man).

Then I priced inserts last week due to me being still unable to eat properly to the point of it almost starving me because it is so difficult just to eat a simple meal and at the same time ended up hospitalized due to a lack of food/nutrition, I was shocked to find out that in Austraila it would cost me approx $30,000+ for top and bottom inserts so I searched the web found a link http://www.meditour.com.au/video.html a company called Meditour.

The gentleman’s teeth in the video were in a far worse state than mine and I had mine removed on advice? After watching the video on the Australian man that had just returned from the Philipines with perfect teeth for 80% cheaper than he could have got done here, I thought is this real, So I got in contact with the dentist over there in the Philippines and he confirmed that they are American qualified dentist and the materials used in their dental work are the same as in Austraila but the price I was quoted on inserts in the philipines was approx $11000 including airfare and accommodation.

I then asked an Australian dentist about overseas work and they say don’t risk it…… are we getting mislead and overcharged here because, if so, its slowly killing people.

You only have to walk down a street and look at the quality of the genral public's teeth due to not being able to afford treatment here.

So the question is…..is it really that much to fix teeth in Australia or are the dentist here making a killing ?

    Signed,

    Confused or mislead?
